The rosstech website tells how to recalibrate the sensor, but you. This is why your ESP light was one, it also means your traction control either wont be active at all or not functioning properly. ![]() Hello i hope you are having a good day, i just changed my golf mk5 non multifunction steering wheel to a multifunction steering wheel I changed the module and the clockspring and the steering wheel is working perfectly and the commands are okay but my steering angle sensor doesnt work I went to a mechanic and he checked the angle sensor and it was showing 0 when we were moving the steering wheel and it says problem with steering angle sensor (g85) My steering is normal like it should be everything is perfect but i have steering yellow light and esp yellow light I tried multiple times to turn the wheel left and right but obviously it wont work because the steering angle sensor isnt reading any movement so the lights would go off. The steering angle sensor is a ring behind the steering wheel that tells the the ecu which way your steering as part of the traction control system. ![]()
